Title: Story Of A New Zealand Truck Driver
Author: KELLEHER MARY

Travel along the button road with Bert Williams and learn more about his life as a truck driver from the people who knew him. Bert was a real person and his story is told in wool, cotton and linen, buttons, beads and pebbles, cardboard, Dinky miniature toy trucks and Meccano. Bert was known by many different nicknames, which he earned because he worked such long and late hours. Sing about wool bales, cocksfoot or honey bees – all in a day (or night’s) work for Bert – to the tune of Baa-baa-blacksheep.
